Shipping 運送

We currently stop shipping orders to Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Cambodia & Brunei due to a custom ban under COVID-19.

Shipping cost

1-2 Item: US$15
3 – 5 Items: US$20
6 or above: free shipment

This applies to orders placed online throughout the Fjällräven websites. We ship to 17 countries across the Asia Pacific from our warehouse which is based in Taiwan.

Note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or Army bases.

Import Duties

Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the recipient. Fjallraven has no control over these charges, please contact your local customs office for more information before you order.

Shipping Deadlines

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours after they are placed and will be delivered within approximately 3-10 working days. Orders submitted on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes but delays can occur.

Shipping Holidays

Fjällräven will not be shipping on Taiwan"s public holidays.

To avoid any confusion, please check the annual calendar for the exact dates.

Please note: Our shipping carriers will not be delivering on public holidays and weekends in the country of destination.
